GOVERNANCE
Lumicend Education operates Oxford International Academy under a formal agreement with the Anaheim Union High School District in the USA. This agreement grants Lumicend schools the authorization to utilize the Oxford Academy name, academic resources, curriculum, intellectual property, and more. Lumicend holds the responsibility for upholding the overarching philosophy, vision, culture, and strategic trajectory of the school. This encompasses compliance with governing documents and legal regulations, as well as the establishment of comprehensive policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.
